Hot melt for insulating glass

Hot melt sealants for insulating glass also named thermo sealant, are polymer based thermoplastic solids that develop immediate strength upon cool down. Specifically formulated to adhesive sealants to glass and metal. They have an excellent low vapor transmission rate, and do not emit gases. It from a flexible seal, provide good resistance to weathering and ultraviolet radiation breakdown consequently, offer long-range stability. Scenery hot melt butyl sealants have reached the international advanced standard level, can be tested according to customer's needs. Our hot melt butyl sealants are widely used in North-East of China where can reach very low temperture enviroment of -40 ℃, showed very good quality, keep good sealing, never breakage. Beijing XinDeRuiJia Plastic Co., Ltd.  also have been the leader for hot melt butyl sealants developing and production in China.

Scenery Hot Melt Butyl insulating glass sealant adopts the American imported production technology, it is one-component 100% solids system that requires no mixing and offers minimal waste, fast setting for quick handling of finished IG units with the good characters of energy saving and environmental. It has the strong adhesive and joint characters to glass, vinyl, aluminum and other substrates typically used in IG fabrication, water proof and moisture proof, with longer life. High shearing strength and tensile strenght. Secery XD-201 can be the absolutely one step sealing sealants to the glass as its' good sealing ability. Also can be the second barrier sealing  basis on the butyl sealants of first sealing. It also can be used together with the TPS realize the wonderful sealing for insulating glass, etc.!
